We welcome cats at The Pointe Apartments! Our pet-friendly community is home to feline companions. We do not currently list dogs or exotic pets as permitted; please contact our leasing office to confirm the latest policy before applying.
You may have up to two cats in your home. Our generous two-pet policy makes it easy for multi-cat households to find the right fit at The Pointe.
Yes! A refundable pet deposit of $500 applies for your first cat, plus $250 for a second cat. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Contact our leasing team to learn more.
